Little Billy Martin dies from Meningitis



Little Billy Martin, two-year-old son of W.M. Martin, proprietor of Martin's 

Cash Grocery, died early this morning from pneumonia and menegitis.  He had 

been ill for several days and slight hope for his recovery was held out during 

the past few days.  His mother, father, and two sisters survive.  This makes 

the fourth Reno child to die during the past six weeks from pneumonia, 

followed by a menengitis condition.
