He ate a hearty supper about 6 o’clock and soon after went to his room to rest. About 8 o’clock the landlord heard a nose in his room and went to ascertain the trouble and found Hoblintzel in a dying condition apparently, and before a physician could reach him he breathed his last. He has been suffering for some months with Bright’s disease of the kidneys, and that is believed to have caused his death. In the Summer of 1876 the deceased was employed by Maberry at the wood camps west of town. Soon after that he went to Winnemucca and started a bakery, but soon failed. He returned to Reno about six weeks ago and was sick when he came. He has a brother living at Valley Creek, Minnesota, and an uncle in San Francisco. The funeral will take place today.
