Native Nevadan Dies at Coast
Angus J. Holmes Passes Away in Hospital at San Francisco
Angus J. Holmes, a native of Nevada, 29 years old, and formerly a resident of
Reno, died yesterday morning at San Francisco, according to word received by
Mrs. E.E. Dodd, of Reno, his aunt.
Mr. Holmes was pressman of the Gazette a few years ago and for the last two
years has been at Napa.  He was recently taken to a hospital in San Francisco.
Surviving relatives are his mother, Mrs. R. Rynearson, and sister, Miss Maud
Holmes, of San Francisco, father, George P. Holmes, of Seven Troughs, and
brother, George Holmes of Reno.  Funeral services will be held at Oakland
Thursday.
