MEMORIAL PLANNED FOR BISHOP HUNTING

The clergy of the Espiscopal Church in Nevada and the members of the 
Church are planning to publish a small book recording the life and labors 
of the late Bishop George C. Hunting, and also to erect a modest stone cross, 
marking the burial place of his ashes in the Masonic Cemetery at Virginia City.  
The cost of both will be moderate, about four or five hundred dollars.  No 
campaign is being made for these objects, simply the oportunity offered his 
friends in the state to give as they desire.  Contributions can be handed any 
of the clergy or sent to the Rev. Edward Tanner Brown, Rector of Trinity 
Church, Reno.  The memorial book will be mailed to each contributor.  
All monies in excess of these needs will be added to a fund for a building, 
to be decided upon later, which the Church hopes to erect in the state as a 
permanent memorial to Bishop Hunting.
