Reno Evening Gazette October 26, 1912
Wadsworth Resident Called by Death
Thomas McCafferty, well known resident of Wadsworth, and proprietor of the
Wadsworth hotel, died at his home there yesterday after a short illness.  He was
a native of Ireland and 69 years of age.  He leaves a wife, who is now visiting
at Missoula, Mont.  She has been notified of his death.  Funeral arrangements
will not be made until she is heard from.
Mr. McCafferty was well known in this section of the state, where he had resided
for many years.  He took charge of the Wadsworth hotel several years ago and had
many friends there.

McCafferty-In Wadsworth, Oct. 25, 1912, Thomas, beloved husband of Mrs. T.
McCafferty, father of Mrs. Mary Kroll of Wadsworth, a native of Ireland, aged 69
years.
Funeral services will be announced later.  Remains in the parlors of the
Perkins-Gulling Co.
