Death Calls a Reno Girl
Nettie Elizabeth Newmarker Passed Away This Morning at Home of Parents
Nettie Elizabeth Newmarker, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Newmarker,
died this morning at 3 o’clock at the home of her parents, 607 Virginia street.
She was born in this city February 10, 1893.  In 1911 she was graduated from the
Reno high school and was entered as a freshman in the University of Nevada in 1911.
She was a member of the Jolly Dozen, the Delta Rho and the Omega Nu sororities
and was very popular with her classmates in both the public schools and the
university.
The arrangements for the funeral are not yet completed, but it will probably be
held from the Congregational church Friday afternoon at 1 o’clock.


Newmarker-In this city, May 28,1912, Nettie Elizabeth, dearly beloved daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. John Newmarker and sister of John Jr., Benjamin, Fred, Edward
and Henry Newmarker and Mrs. Emma Hunter, Mrs. Lillian Grey and Mrs. Lena
Wilber, aged 19 years 3 months and 18 days, a native of Nevada.
Funeral will be held from the home of her parents, 607 North Virginia St. 
Announcement will be made later.
