His Sufferings Ended
At ten minutes past 1 o’clock this morning cruel death took little Louis Osburn
away.  The little fellow was taken sick one week ago last Monday with a brain
affection and has been unconscious most of the time since.  For the past few
days he has been gradually sinking, and it was with difficulty that the fond
parents, who watched his every breath, could detect that he was alive.  Louie
was 4 years 6 months and 26 days old, and an unusually bright boy.  He had an
understanding far beyond his years.  Mrs. Osburn is nearly broken-hearted at the
loss of her darling.  The funeral will take place Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock
from the family residence, corner of Sierra and Fourth streets.

The funeral of little Louis Osburn took place at 2 o’clock to-day and was
largely attended.
