Reno Evening Gazette January 9, 1912

Steele-In this city, January 6, 1912, Charles Martin, beloved husband of Mrs.
Milcotta Steel, and son of J.A. Steele, and brother of Harry Steele of Buchanan,
Michigan, aged 38 years 8 months and 24 days, a native of Michigan.
Funeral services to be announced. Remains at the parlors of Groesbeck & O’Brien.

Funeral of Dr. Steele to be held Sunday
The funeral of the late Dr. C. M. Steele will be held in this city Thursday
morning at 10 o’clock under the auspices of the Masonic fraternity.  The Reno
Lodge of Elks will attend in a body as well as the members of Washoe County
Medical society.

Services will be held in Masonic Temple, Rev. Brewster Adams officiating. 
Interment will be in the local cemetery.  The father of the deceased is expected
from the east tomorrow.
