Yesterday’s Funeral

The funeral at the Methodist Church yesterday of the late Miss Mary Steiner was
one of the largest ever seen in the town, many people who were unable to obtain
even standing room in the church having remained in their carriages until the
procession started for the cemetery.  The religious ceremonies were conducted by
Rev. R. H. Bready.  The officers and members of Fidelity Lodge, I.O.G.T., of
which deceased was an active member, also added the burial service of that Order.
