Shane Earl Anderson



Shane Earl Anderson, 50, died on Sunday, April 29, 2007, in Arlington, Texas.



Mr. Anderson was born August 24, 1956, in Newport Beach, Calif., to Dr. Reed

Anderson and Mrs. Sue Anderson. Shane was raised in Ely. His life took him to

many places but his home was in Arlington with his wife.



He loved nature; he was a rock climber, hunter, fisherman, hiker, runner and

camper. Shane's greatest joy was his family. He fought a long battle with

diabetes but he never let that get him down. His passion for life was immeasurable.



He was proceeded in death by his parents, among his survivors are his wife

Ruthann Anderson, and long time friend and ex-wife Merry Bostic, his children,

Janet (Michael) Turner, Richard Harris, Jennifer (Phillip) Anderson Romero, Ryan

Anderson, and two brothers Jeff (Sheila) Anderson, and Ashley (Linda) Anderson.

He had four grandsons, four nieces and one nephew. Mr. Anderson's final wish was

to be cremated and have his ashes spread. A family get together is planned for a

later date.
