Dated March 31st, 1873, is of a page from young Jennie Crocker's autograph book,
featuring a note from her mother, Mary. The note reads: 
  
To my Daughter 
  
            I will not wish you stores of wealth                       And 
freedom from affliction 
            I will not wish you troops of friends                       Then hear 
my benediction 
            Of those good things be thou posest                       That in 
His measure God thinks best
