Hendrick van Rensselaer to all intent & purposes whatsoever; that is to say that my said son Casper a foresaid shall render and pay therefore within the space & time of six years after the decease of my said wife to the rest of his brothers and sister their heirs or assigns the sum of one hundred & eighty pounds current money of the said province of New York that is to say to Leendt. Williams Memorandum that on the seventh day of June 1727 appeared before Philip Livingston one of his majesties Council for the Province of New York Thomas Williams Esq. & Casparese Bronk two of the witnesses to the within instrument who declare on the holy Evangelists that they saw Casper Leendertse Conyn sign seal and declare the same to be his last will and testament in the presence of the other two witnesses Philip Conyn and Philip Conyn Jun. And that the same time as it seemed to them he had his perfect senses and understanding Philip Livingston
