Item I give and bequeath unto Henry Joslin Bullis The Son of my Daughter Pheby all and singular my lands or farm. My Sauge and tenements by him freely to be possessed and Enjoyed and also Constitute Make and Ordain Hannah Joslin my loving wife to be my sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament and do hereby utterly disavow revoke and dis annul all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacies and Be queaths and Executors by me in my ways before named willed and Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testa ment in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this fifteenth day of February 1794 Signed Henry Joslin Signed Sealed Published Pronounced and Declared by me said Henry Joslin as his last will and Testament in the presence of us Anth Egberts Benja Egberts Charles X (his mark) Townsend City of Albany Be it remembered that on the Twenty fifth day of August in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven Anthony Egberts one of the witness to the within and above written will who being duly sworn on his oath declared that he did see Henry Joslin of the Town of Coeymans Sign and seal the Instrument wrote on this sheet of paper purporting to be the last will and Testament of the said Henry Joslin and that he heard him publish and declare the same as and for his last will and Testam ent that at the time there of he was of sound disposing mind and Memory to the best knowledge and belief of this deponent that his name subscribed thereto is of his own proper Handwriting and that he did also see Benja min Egberts subscribe his Name and Charles Townsend make his mark as witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and also that on the Twenty ninth day of August in the year above written Charles Townsend one of the subscribing witnesses to the said will likewise appeared before me and being duly sworn on his Oath declared that he did see the said Testator sign and seal the Instrument wrote on this sheet of paper as and for his last Will and Testament and that he heard the said Testator Henry Joslin pub lish and declare the same as and for his last will and Testament that at the time therof he was of sound disposing mind and memory to the best knowledge and beleif of the deponent that his mark subscribed to the said will is of his own proper marking and that he did see Anthony Egberts and Benjamin Egberts the other witnesses subscribe their Names as witness in the presence of the Testator and also that on the day and year above written Hannah Joslin the Executrix in the said will named likewise appeared before me and was duly sworn to the faithful performance and Execution of the said will by taking the usual Oath as an Executrix Signed Abm Lansing Surrogate of the County of Albany The People of the State of New York by the Grace of God Free and Independent To all whom these presents shall come or may concern send Greeting Know Ye that at the City of Albany in the County of Albany on the twenty fifth And the twenty ninth days of this instant August before Abraham G Lan sing Esq Surrogate of our said County the last will and Testament of Henry Joslin deceased a copy whereof is here unto annexed was proved and is now approved and allowed of by us and the said deceased having whislt he lived and at the time of his death Goods Chattels or Credits within this State by means whereof the proving and registering the said will the granting administration of all and singular the said goods chattels and credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof doth belong unto us the administration of all and singular the goods and credits of the said deceased and any way concerning his will is granted unto Hannah Joslin the Executrix in the said will named she being duly sworn will and faithfully to administer the same and to make and exhibit a true and perfect Inven tory of all and singular the said goods chattels and credits and also to render a just and true account thereof when there unto required in Testamony whereof we have caused the Seal of Office of our said Surrogate to be here unto affixed witness Abram G Lansing Esq Surrogate of the said County at the City of Albany aforesaid the thirtieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven and of our Independence the twenty second Signed Abm G Lansing Surrogate
