GREEN James R. Green, 78, Angelica, Succumbs; Funeral on Monday ------------------- ANGELICA - James R. Green, 78, who was employed many years by Curtis Wright aircraft Corp. in Buffalo, died unexpectedly yesterday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank E. Smith, at 38 Pleasant St., Wellsville. He was born in West Almond on July 15, 1882, the son of Henry and Henrietta Hammond Green, and had lived many years in Angelica. His wife, the former Martha Bingham, died last year. Mr. Green was a past master of the Masonic Lodge and was a member of Angelica Methodist Church. Survivors besides Mrs. Smith are a son, Alvin of Williamsville; three other sisters, Mrs. Jennie Charles of Angelica; Mrs. Harry White of Brandon, Fla., and Miss Lulu Green of Wellsville; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Wolcott Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clark Gilmore officiating. A Masonic service will be held there at 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Until the Day Dawns Cemetery. Friends may call today and tomorrow at the funeral home.
