To son Joel, aged 25 last July, land in Town of Almond known as Ferry Lot and Ellis Lot about 185 acres. All real estate except 2 lots above mentioned to sons Isaiah, aged 32 on 19 March last, and Joseph, 8 years on 17 June, in common and equally divided. No division is to be made until Joseph is 21. Joseph to remain in Isaiah's care to have education. If Joseph dies, all property to Isaiah. Sons Isaiah, Joel, and Joseph to pay executors $200. To daughter Margaret WHITNEY, aged 34 years, wife of David Whitney, and Lois FERRY, wife of Philip Ferry, aged 22 on 12 December last, $300 each to be paid by executors in equal portions.
