Wife to have sole control of lots until children come of age as long as she remains single. If she marries, she to have one third of property; at her death, heirs to have equal shares in land. Also 550 acres, parts of lots 4 and 5 in same Township and Range, Morris Reserve, equally to children as they come of age.
