Said petitioners [Jackson S. Poole] appeared in person and by H.S. Williams, Esquire, in support of the probate of said will, and Huldah M. Joslyn and Myron Phelps having appeared in person and by E.C. Moody their attorney and filed their duly verified...[etc.] I Bradford Phelps of Centre Village, Broome County, New York, mindful of the uncertainty of human life do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following: First - After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my son Miron Phelps the sum of $1.00 one dollar.
