Potter of Machias, Cattaraugus, New York, dated 28 Feb. 1903, proved 21 May 1903. In the Name of God, Amen: I Lois M. Potter, of the town of Machias in the county of Cattaraugus and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish, and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say: First I direct that all my just bills and funeral expenses be paid. Second I give and bequeath all my property, both real and personal of whatever name and nature to my son, Elmer M. Potter. Lastly, I hereby appoint my husband, Merritt Potter, without bonds executrix of this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
