Bingham late Colonel of the 64th Regiment N.Y. Vols, in Service of the U.S., aged 37 years and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament. 1st, I give and bequeath and devise to my Sister Calista [sic] Bingham all my property Real and Personal except the sum of One Hundred Dollars which I direct Shall be paid to my half Sister Josephine Thiving. 2nd, I hereby appoint Samuel William Johnson of Ellicottville, N.Y. the sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
