30th March 1801 SETH BURGESS JR.  of Scipio, County of Cayuga, hatter  &
ELIZABETH his wife sold to SAMUEL BRUSH of the town aforesaid, shoemaker, for
$400 part of Lot #34 in the Township of Scipio, "beginning at the south west
corner of the Hat manufactory in the village of Aurora now occupied by the
said parties of the first part" containing by estimation 36 square rods of
