1st July 1816 JONATHAN BURGESS of Sempronius and MARY  his wife sold to JOHN
CADY of the town of Saratoga, county of Saratoga for $1100 part of Lot #47 in
Sempronius containing by estimation 52 acres 2 rods and 18 ½ perches of land.
" the said JONATHAN & MARY at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents were lawfully seized in their own right of a good absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance" Signed JONATHAN BURGESS,  MARY BURGESS.
