14th October 1807 SETH BURGESS of Sempronius sold to HENRY QUACKENBOS of the
city of Albany for $2887.21 part of Lot #47 in Sempronius bounding land late
in possession of JOEL BURGESS deceased containing 166 acres and ½ and acre and
29 rods of land. Signed SETH BURGESS. DAN SHEPHERD. "Hereby promise and agree
with HENRY QUACKENBOS that OLIVE BURGESS my wife shall duly execute the within
Deed & acknowledge the same before the authority       to acknowledge
assignment of Deeds when required by the said HENRY QUACKENBOS of his agent or
attorney Date October 14, 1807 Signed SETH BURGESS before DANIEL SHEPHERD.
