7th November, 1807 HARVEY BURGESS of Sempronius and POLLY his wife, sold to
HENRY QUACKENBOS of the city and county of Albany for $271 part of Lot #47 in
Sempronius bounded by land heretofore deeded to HENRY QUACKENBOS by SETH
BURGESS of Sempronius containing 13 acres of land. "parties of the first part
at the time of ensealing and delivery of these presents was lawfully seized in 
their own right of in and to the aforesaid described premises hereby granted
and conveyed with the appurtenances as of a  good sure  perfect absolute and
indefeasible Estate of Inheritance" Signed HARVEY BURGESS, POLLY BURGESS
