7th November 1807 SETH BURGESS JUNR of the town of Aurelius, County of Cayuga,
hatter and ELIZABETH his wife sold to  HENRY QUACKENBOS of the city and county
of Albany, Merchant, for $705 part of Lot #47 in the town of Sempronius
bounded by land formerly conveyed by SETH BURGESS to the said HENRY QUACKENBOS
containing 40 acres and    quarter and 11 rods. "the parties of the first 
part at the time of ensealing and delivery of these presents was lawfully
seized in their own right of in and to the aforesaid described premises hereby
granted and conveyed with the appurtenances of a  good sure perfect, absolute
indefeasible Estate of Inheritance " Signed SETH BURGESS JUNR. ELIZABETH 
BURGESS.  Witness JOHN JACKSON,  ELIJAH PRICE 9 Dec 1807 before ELIJAH PRICE.
