"Know all men by these presents that I OLIVE BURGESS of the town of Sempronius
for $1  paid by HENRY QUACKENBOS of the city of Albany. . .do grant release &
forever quit claim to the said HENRY QUACKENBOS his heirs and assigns all my
Dower and rights of Dower"  of 220 acres of land in  the town of Sempronius
Lot #47 "being the same tract of land bargained and sold by my said husband
SETH BURGESS SEN, & HARVEY BURGESS to the said HENRY QUACKENBOS  by deed
bearing date in the month of December 1807. 30th April 1810 singed OLIVE
