4th August 1801 NICHOLAS FISH of the City of New York sold to SETH BURGESS of
Sempronius, County of Cayuga for $900 all that certain Lot piece or parcel of
Land being known as Lot #47 in Sempronius. JAMES M. HUGHES, Master in
