15th January 1816 ANNA LANSING of the city and county of Albany sold to
JEREMIAH CADY of the town and County of Saratoga for $2 part of Lot #47 in
Sempronius containing 120 acres of land. "party of the first part at the time
of ensealing and delivery of these presents was lawfully seized in her own
right of in and to the aforesaid described premisis herby granted and conveyed
with the appurtenances as of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeasible
estate of inheritance" Signed ANNA LANSING Witness JACOB LANSING 16th January
1816 before GIDEON HAWLEY, master in Chancery.
