21st November 1799 EZEKIEL SAYLES and SARAH his wife of Sempronius, County of
Cayuga sold to ZADOCK TITUS for $100  part of Lot # 56 in the town of
Sempronius, County of Onondaga, bordered by land that RUFUS PRICE sold to
THADEUS HISTEAD  containing 50 acres of land. "party of the first part. 
. . is lawfully seized in their own right of in and to the aforesaid described
premises hereby granted & conveyed with the appurtenances as of a good, sure
perfect absolute & indefeasible estate of inheritance in the law. . ." Signed
