"Last will and testament"
"I, Ozias B. Culver of the town of Venice County of Cayuga and State of New
York, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and
testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:

First. - I direct the payment of my just debts if any -

Second. - I give and bequeath to my daughter, Lucy Culver and my sons Byron
Culver, and Lloyd W. Culver, the sum of two [?] hundred dollars each.

Third - The just residual and remainder of my property, both real and
personal, I hereby direct my Executor to distribute equally, share and share
alike, between the following named persons to wit; My sons Allen M. Culver,
Coral C. Culver, my daughters Lucy Culver and my sons Byron Culver and Lloyd
W. Culver.

Fourth. I also authorize and enpower my executor herein after named, to sell
either at public or private sale any and all real estate of which I may die
suzed [?] or possessed.

Likewise, I make, constitute, and appoint Dexter Wheeler to be the executor of
this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness, whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety seven [two weeks before his death]

We whose names are herto subscribed do certify that Ozias B. Culver the
testator subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the
presence of eash of us, and as the same time he declared in our presence and
hearing that the same was his last will and testament and requested us and
each of us to sign our names herto as witnesses to the execution hereof, and
which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, the day
of the date of the said will and have written opposite our names and 
respective places of residence
