First, I give bequeath and devise all my estate both personal and real of every name and nature whatsoever to my wife Hannah Bowen to be used and enjoyed by her during the term of her natural life to be accepted and received by her in lieu of all dower and right of dower in and to my said estate. Second, I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Stevenson the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to her in two years after the death of my said wife Hannah Bowen; to my daughter Olive A Reed the sum of one thousand dollars to be paid to her in three (3) years after the death of my said wife; to my neice Sarah A Mosher the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to her one year after the decease of my said wife; none of the legacies mentioned in the this the second clause of my will are to draw any interest. Third, I give, bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both personal and real of every name and nature whatsoever and wheresoever situated after the death of my said wife to my sons Henry D Bowen and Winfield Scott Bowen to be divided equally between them share and share alike, and their heirs and assigns forever. And lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Hannah Bowen and my sons Henry D Bowen and Winfield Scott Bowen to be the executrix and executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
