Silas Haines Will

Filed Jany 20th 1813

Recorded in the Surrogates office of the County of Cayuga in Book A of Wills
of said County page 237 (on?) the twentieth day of January 1813

In the name of God Amen. I Silas Haines of of (sic) the Township of Arelius
County of Cayuga and State of New York, being of Sound mind and memory do make
and publish this for my last will and testament- - -

First, all my honest Debts must be paid out of my personal estate - - - - - -

Second. I give and bequeath to my Dear wife Eunice Haines one third part  of
my whole Estate Real and personal during her natural life._ _ _ _  _  _ 

Third, I give and devise to my two sons Samuel Haines and William Haines the
residue of my Real and personal Estate in equal proportion between them
according to quantity and quality _

Fourthly, I appoint my loving wife Eunice Haines Executrix and Samuel Haines
and William Haines Executors of this my last will and testament, In Witness
Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand Seal, this Twenty third day of June in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven
