COOK and AMY his wife, of Harmony, County of Chautuaqua, New York sold to NATHAN EGGLESTON of same place, for $960 the south west part of lot number 46 of the first township and 13th Range town of Harmony according to a certain map or survey made by JOSEPH ELLICOT for the Holland Land Company, reserving 10 acres of south end of the land, containing 50 acres. And the south east part of Lot number 54 in the first township and 13th Range bounded by land owned by GEORGE DANIELS . Subject to a mortgage executed by EZRA NIGHTINAU to the asignees of the Holland land Company bearing date 26 December 1836 for $162.42. Signed WILLIAM G.
