Bounded west by township Number 2 in the 14th Range, by Lot Number 60, Lot Number 61 containing 125 acres of land Being the same land conveyed to said BENJAMIN EGGLESTON by a Deed of WILHEM WILLINK and others dated 14th May 1833 and recorded in the Clerk Office of Chautuaqua County 15 July 1833 .
