Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the Said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath Granted, Bargained, Sold, Remised, Released, Aliened, and Confirmed and by these presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Remise, Release, Alien, and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part in his actual possession now being and to his heirs and assigns forever All that certain piece or parcel of Land Situated and being in the Town of Arkwright County of Chautauqua and State of New York being a part or parcel of a certain Township which on a Map or Survey of Divers Tracts or Townships of Land made for the Holland Land Company by Joseph Ellicott Surveyor is distinguished by Township No five in the Eleventh Range of Said Townships and which Tract of Land on a certain other map or Survey of Said Township into Sections and lots for the Said Holland Company by the Said Joseph Ellicott is distinguished by the Middle part of Lot number eleven in Said Township described and Bounded as follows, on the North by a part of the Same Lot and on a line parallel to the North bounds of Said Lot number eleven, Sixty chains and twenty links on the West by the west line of Said Lot, nineteen chains and Sixty links on the South by part of the Same lot and by a line parallel to the South Bounds of Said Lot number eleven, Sixty chains and twelve links; and on the East by the East line of Said Lot nineteen chains and fifty Six links Containing one hundred and Seventeen acres and Seventy nine hundredths of an acre be the Same more or less. Together with all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the Estate right title interest claim, and demand whatsoever of the Said party of the first part, either in Law or Equity of, in and to the above bargained premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances To Have and to Hold the Said Bargained and described premises with the appurtenances to the Said Party of the Second part his heirs and assigns to the Sole and only proper benefit and behoof of the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the first part for them their heirs executors, and administrators do Covenant, Grant, Bargain, promise and agree to and with the Said party of the Second part heirs and assigns the above bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof in the quiet and peaceable possession of the Said party of the Second part heirs and assigns against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part of the Said premises will forever Warrant and Defend.
