D. Medbury of the town County and State of aforesaid of the Second part. Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars lawful Money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part the receipt Whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have bargained Sold remised and quit claimed and by these presents do bargain Sell remise and quit claim unto the Said party of the Second part. Don D Medbury and to his heirs and assigns forever.____All that certain piece or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the County of Chautauqua and State of New York commencing on the West Line of Lot thirteen and from the North West corner of Aaron Towns Now dwelling house. North twenty Nine and a half degrees West, (one chain thirty Seven links therefrom) thence North on Said West Line Sixty Eight links Thence South Seventy Nine and a half degrees. East Sixty three links thence South parallel to the West line of Said Lot Sixty eight links thence North Seventy Nine and half degrees East fifty three links to the place of beginning Containing Six Rods and thirty hundredths of a rod be the Same More or Less.
