Bounded North by Lot No fourteen fourteen chains sixty two links, East by Land now owned by James P Abbey seventeen Chains and eighty links South by land deeded to C Abbey fourteen Chains sixty eight links and West by Lot No twenty one seventeen Chains eight links Containing twenty five acres be the same more or less Excepting therefrom about three and three fourths acres out of the South West Corner of the above described premises previously deeded to Clark Thompson Now owned by Mrs Plimpton Jinks. With the Appurtenances, and all the estate, title and interest therein of the said party of the first part. And the said Lemuel S Clark and Sarah E his wife doth hereby covenant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, that the premises thus conveyed, in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, they will forever Warrant and Defend, against any person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same, or any part thereof.
