Town and Hattie his wife of Arkwright County of Chautauqua and State of New York of the first part, and Elizabeth White of the Town of Arkwright County of Chautauqua and State of New York of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One thousand three hundred Dollars to duly paid have sold, and by the Presents do grant and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, All that Tract or Parcel of Land, situate in the Town of Arkwright County of Chautauqua and State of New York being a part of lot number thirty nine (39) in the fifth township and Eleventh Range and is bounded as follows. viz. On the South by a line running parallel to the South bounds of said lot, at the distance of nineteen chains and eleven links. North therefrom forty one chains and forty three links. West by a line parallel to the West bounds of said lot, seventeen chains and ninety nine links therefrom, Eight chains and sixty seven links. North by a line parallel to the south bounds of said lot forty one chains and fifty seven links. On the East by lot Number thirty one Eight chains and sixty seven links. Containing thirty six acres be the same more or less. $1.50 Stamp cancelled. With the Apprutenances, and all the estate, title and interest therein of the said party of the first part. And the said Oliver M. Town and Hattie his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, that the premises thus conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, they will forever Warrant and Defend, against any person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
