2 May 1836 ELIHU WING of French Creek, County of Chautuaqua, NY & DESIER his
wife sold to ABNER LEWIS of Ellicott for $1300 part of Lot 32 in first
Township of the 15th Range of the Holland land Company's Survey, containing 90
Acres, excepting one half acre nearly opposite the house formerly occupied by
WILLIAM GRAVIS and also the undivided half of the Saw Mill & privelege of the
surplus water for the use of said Saw Mill after a full supply for the Grist
Mill , subject however to a mortgage to ANA SAU for about $450. Signed ELIHU
