ALICE M. ARTHUR ANNIVERSARY IS OBSERVED AT HOME: MR. AND MRS. ADELBERT C. ANDREWS HAVE BEEN MARRIED 58 YEARS 1936. Mr. and Mrs. Adelbert C. Andrews, 831 North Main Street, celebrated the 58th anniversary of their marriage at their home yesterday with a New Year's Day dinner for the immediate family and a close circle of friends. Present at the dinner was the couple's only daughter, Mrs. Carrie Bissell Taylor; her son and daughter, Milton Bissell and Mrs. Oliver Sundquist, grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. Andrews, and the two children of Mrs. Sundquist, great-grandchildren of host and hostess. Most welcome of all the personal felicitations, telephone messages and cards was the telegram from Mrs. Jane Ellis and her daughter of Washington, D.C., granddaughter and great-granddaughter, respectively. Mr. and Mrs. Andrews were married on New Year's Day, 1878, at the home of the latter's father in Prendergast Flats. Mr. Andrews will be 81 years of age February 3d, while his wife will celebrate her 77th natal anniversary eight days later.
