OBITUARY CLIPPINGS THAT WERE TUCKED INSIDE THE 1936 DIARY OF ALICE M. ARTHUR
OF FALCONER, NY

MRS. ERNEST W. ENGDAHL

OCTOBER 7?, 1936.  Mrs. Ruth Engdahl, wife of Ernest W. Engdahl of
Sinclairville, died in a hospital at Mount Holly, N.J., Wednesday morning at
10 o'clock following a week's illness.  She was 42 years old.  Mr. and Mrs.
Engdahl were visiting Mrs. Engdahl's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Phillips in
Pemberton, N.J., when Mrs. Engdahl was taken ill.  Surviving are two sons,
Roy and Francis, and four daughters, Marian, Hazel, Evelyn and Joyce, all at
home, as well as six brothers and three sisters.  The remains will be brought
to Sinclairville for funeral services Monday at 2 p.m.

OCTOBER 12, 1936.  The funeral of Mrs. Ernest Engdahl will be held today
(Monday) at 2 P.M. at the Baptist Church at Sinclairville.
