ARTHUR OF FALCONER, NY RANDOLPH'S LAST VETERAN IS DEAD: JAMES KELLY, WHO SERVED WITH COMPANY H, DIES AT AGE 96 (Not dated) The funeral of James Kelly, Randolph's last surviving Civil War Veteran who died yesterday morning at his home, will be held Monday at 9:30 A.M., at St. Patrick's Church at Randolph. He was 96 years old. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rose Merritt and Mrs. Julia Mitchell, and a son, John Kelly, all of Randolph. During the war, Mr. Kelly served with Company H, 141st New York Volunteer Infantry, and was the last member of the military roll of honor of the G.A.R. Post at Randolph. He had resided in Randolph the greater part of his life and was a member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church.
