ARTHUR OF FALCONER, NY FORMER TAZEWELL WOMAN IS DEAD 1923? Allentown, April 18.--(Special.)--Mrs. Charles Russell was called to Lake City, Ia., Monday, by a telegram announcing the death of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Hugh Strickland. Mrs. Strickland was born and reared in Tazewell county; her maiden name was Stella Petty, being one of the seven daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Hezekiah Petty. She is survived by her husband and five children, also four sisters. A sister, Mrs. Ada Frederich met a tragic death two months ago, when she was burned to death.
