After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath Dell Hurd of Buffalo, N. Y. my blanket, shawl, one feather bed and pillows and one picture called from "shore to shore." Second. I give and devise to Jane Dailey one ingrain carpet and one coal stove. Third. I give and bequeath to Mina Perkins one set of silver tea spoons. Fourth. I give and bequeath to Myrta Hunt the Judgement for costs which I received against Henry Hunt in a certain ejectment suit. Fifth. I give and devise to Lora Perkins one set of plated teaspoons. Sixth. I give and bequeath to Olive A. Barton of Mayville, Chautauqua County, N.Y., all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real and personal of every name and kind, to have and to hold the same forever, but upon the condition that she shall care and provide care and attention for me as a dutiful person and friend should care for another during my sickness, as well as in health, and provide all proper food and clothing and fire and medicine and medical attendance for me during my natural life and pay or cause to be paid all my funeral expenses, and see that I am properly buried. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint Russell Loren of Mayville Chautauqua County State of New York, to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Fourteenth Day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. Angeline Dailey L.S. The above [partly? ] written and presented instrument was subscribed by the said Angeline Dailey in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us; and she at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will and Testament, and we, at her request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her presence and in the presence and in the presence of each other and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
