JOHN SHIPBOY
I John Shipboy of the town of Westfield in the County of Chautauqua and State
of New York do make and address this my last will and testament in the manner
and form following viz:

I give and bequeath to my dear wife Nancy and my daughter Sarah the entire
case and proceeds of my estate both real and personal to be exclusively theirs
until the decease of my dear wife then shall my daughter Sarah survive her
mother and remain unmarried she shall enjoy the proceeds of this property
until her decease or marriage on the occasion of either of these events what
remains of the property is to be sold and of the proceeds of this sale ten
dollars is to be paid to my son Joseph W. Shipboy and the further sum of fifty
dollars to my grandson John Shipboy and the remainder to be equally divided
between my three daughters Mary D., Nancy and Sarah or their heirs.  And I
nominate and appoint James Montgomery and Jedediah Loomis to be Executors of
this my last will and testament herby working all other and former wills by me
at any time heretofore made.  In witness whereof I have set my hand and signed
this 19th day of December in the year of our Lord 1836.
