Brown of Fredonia N.Y. aged 68 years considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and forms following that is to say: 1. I give and bequeath to Miss Caroline A. Brown the sum of Five hundred dollars in addition to all sums heretofore paid by me to her to be accepted and received by her in full settlement of all indebtedness from me to her to this date. 2. I give and bequeath to my son George H. Brown one note of One Hundred dollars which I now hold against him. 3. All the residue and remainder of my property and estate I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Maggie Brown and to her heirs and assigns forever. 4. I hereby nominate and appoint Miss Caroline A. Brown to be the sole Executrix of this Will. Witness my hand and seal this 9th day of March 1891 Ebenezer S. Brown L.S. The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by Ebenezer S. Brown the Testator therein named in our presence and was at the same time declared by him to be his last Will and Testament and now at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses: Ellen L.
