Cobb of the City of Dunkirk, County of Chautauqua and State of New York. I Albert S. Cobb aware of the uncertainty of life do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will & Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and my lawful debts, I give devise and bequeath my property as follows: First, I give devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal unto my well beloved wife, Abigail G. Cobb absolutely, subject to the following provisions, Viz: Second, My said wife shall have the rents, issues, income and property during her life of all my estate, that I may own at the time of my decease, and at the decease of my said wife, one third portion of all my estate then remaining I give devise and bequeath unto our faithful old friend and servant Barbara Hiller. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my said wife, Abigail G. Cobb (without bonds) to be Executrix of my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Eleventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two. Albert S. Cobb, L.S. Cobb of the City of Dunkirk, County of Chautauqua and the State of New York, having on the Eleventh day of January 1892 made and executed my last Will & Testament, do hereby at this date make this my Codicil to said instrument as follows: I give and bequeath to my nephew Frank Cobb one picture "Wine Taster"; one landscape picture, one oak stained chair, one checker board stand, one woolen blanket, two cups, and two saucers, one sampler, being property that at one time belonged to Sally Cobb. Second, I give and bequeath to Joseph F. Libby of Portland Maine, one silver soup ladle, one pitcher that once belonged to Susan Libby, my small leather trunk and railroad lantern, one cigar case and contents. Third, I give and bequeath to Addie Wright of Lowell, Massachusetts, one old oak chair that formerly belonged to her Grandmother, six silver tea spoons, six silver forks. Fourth, I give and bequeath to Albert S. Cobb of Lowell, Massachusetts, one silver goblet, gold-lined. Fifth, I give and bequeath to Helen C. Thompson, six silver tea spoons. Sixth, I give and bequeath to Fannie C. Thompson, two large silver table spoons. Seventh, I give and bequeath to Huldah Austin, six silver tea spoons. Eighth, I give and bequeath to Rhoda Pickering of Portland, Maine, six silver tea spoons, two old silver table spoons marked "A. A. C.". Ninth, I give and bequeath to Eunice C. Plummer of Hormellsville one serving basket, one red covered Ottoman. Tenth, I give and bequeath to Marcia Smayise of Buffalo, N.Y. one scarlet and black rug. Eleventh, In case of the decease of my wife before my decease, I give and bequeath to Mary Ann Emery of Uxton, York County, Maine, Helen B. Stevens her daughter, and Minnie Ella Stevens, and John Marshall Stevens or to the survivors of them, share and share alike, one third of all the remainder of my estate, both real and personal or the proceeds thereof. Twelfth, I give and bequeath to Charles Merrill of Randolph, N.Y. six silver forks, also the whole amount that may be received from the policy of insurance upon the life of my wife now held in the Equitable Aid Society, of which I am the beneficiary, also in case of the decease of my wife before me, I give devise and bequeath one third of all the remainder of my estate both real and personal to Charles Merrill of Randolph, N.Y. I empower my executor, hereinafter named to sell and convey any and all real estate that I may own at the time of my decease under the direction of and with the consent of my friend and Attorney, Charles D. Murray of Dunkirk, N.Y. I hereby revoke the appointment of Abigail G. Cobb as Executor of my last Will and Testament, and hereby constitute and appoint Charles Merrill of Randolph, N.Y., Executor of said Will and this my codicil thereto, hereby ratifying and confirming all the provisions of said Will so far as the same are consistent with this my Codicil thereto, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, except as herein stated.
