Last Will and Testament Of Phebe Hollenbeck 

In the name of God Amen:

  I, Phebe Hollenbeck, of Gerry Chautauqua County, New York, being of
sound, mind and memory and considering the uncertainity of this frail and
transitory life, do therefore make and publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament, that is to say:

  After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath
onto Elliott Loucks my grandson one hundred dollars.

  To Emma _______ my large looking glass.

  To Iva Hollenbeck, daughter of Daniel Hollenbeck my sewing _____ (?).

  All the _____ and remainder of my property I give to my son, Thomas
Hollenbeck , with the exception of my ____ and my large picture of myself and
my husband, which I give to my daughter, Polly Ann Clark.

  I make ____ and appoint Morgan L Parkhurst to be Executor of this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

  In witness where of, I have here unto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal the 12th day of January in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight
hundred and eighty two.

our presences and acknowleged by her to each of us; she at the same time
declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will & Testament;
and we, at her request, have singed our names as witnesses hereto in her

respective place of residence.
