Phillips of Stockton in the County of Chautauqua and State of New York, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say: First I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Sybil F. in case she survives me, all my property and estate, both real and personal, for during her natural life, to use and dispose of as she may deem proper to the last cent. Should there remain any left at her decease, then I direct whatever she may leave of my personal or real estate be divided among my legal heirs at law and next of kin. In case my wife Sybil F. shall not survive me, or in case we shall both demise at the same time, then I give, devise and bequeath all my said property and estate to such persons as would take the same, as my heirs at law and next of kin in same manner and in such proportions as though I had died intestate and to my heirs and assigns forever. Third I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Sybil F. sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of March, 1881.
