Second, I will and bequeath to Willard Walker, my half-brother, Twenty Dollars. Third, I will and bequeath to Bessie G. Smith, the daughter of Leroy and Ida E. Smith, the house and lot owned by me, situated in the town of Kiantone, on lot 11, Town 1, Range 11, containing Fifty square rods of land. Also, all of my personal estate consisting of Household goods, clothing, notes, money or securities whatever they may be, to be for her sole use and benefit. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Theodore Frank of the City of Jamestown, N.Y. to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness there of, I here unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the eighth day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand and eight hundred and ninety two.
