NY Will Book Vol. 10 page 457 Written: December 28, 1891 Recorded: August 25, 1893 In the Name of God Amen: I, James W. Squier of the City of Jamestown, County of Chautauqua and State of N.Y. being of sound mind of and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath my dear beloved daughter Maria Morey my home and one lot on Hazeltine Avenue. Said lot is in size 45 feet by 125 to be hers and her heirs and not to be sold until her youngest child becomes of the age of twenty-one. The next lot on said Hazeltine Avenue I give to my dear beloved son Edgar Squier. My Argain I give to my granddaughter Nellie Morey. I give to my dear beloved daughter Carrie my horse, harness, buggy and cutter. I give to Albert Morey, my son-in-law, my watch. I make, constitute and appoint Warren T. Bateford of the City of Jamestown, N.Y. to be my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness therefore have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 28th of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety One. James W. Squier L.S. Squier in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us; and he at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be his last Will and Testament; and we at his request have signed our names as witnesses hereto in his presence and in the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
